You know how I was all confident last week?

I lied. I did ask those people out. But they don’t care. Why would they? I just came off looking like an idiot. Not only to them. But to the people I was happy to. I realised that I tell a girl I barely know everything. I literally spill my heart out to her. And don’t thank her at all? If anything I’m surprised she has listened for so long. She knows things no one else knows. And I haven’t thanked her for listening. Am I that shallow? Do I disregard people too easily? If you know me and read this: let me know if you think I’ve mistreated you in any way? If I haven’t given you the thanks you deserve. I’m a bit of an idiot some (if not all) of the time. I guess thank you for putting up with me

I’ve lost 4pounds in a week

My body weight fluctuates do much. And granted I weighed myself Monday morning. And it’s Saturday evening. But it can’t fluctuate too much because of that.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This week I haven’t done any extra exercise or had any extra stress. All I did was not have breakfast for 5 days.

I normally have a bowl of cereal with a lot of milk and an apple in the morning. This week I only had an apple and the same amount of milk. (really love milk and it’s good for you which is great)

I don’t know if it’s all to do with that but I think that it is crazy to think that in 5 days my weight has dropped that much. I can almost guarantee that this time next week I will be 13 1/2 stone again having done nothing different except eat breakfast.

It makes sense for me to have lost weight having eaten less. But I didn’t eat massively less. I have done the same amount of weight training, speed endurance and speed training as every other week. So I haven’t lost that much (if any) muscle mass, which is why I think as long as you don’t snack. Not eating breakfast isn’t the end of the world. I know for a fact if I still ate crisps (chips) I wouldn’t have lost that weight. (I have nothing against crisps (chips) and it’s not that I don’t like them, I just don’t eat them and haven’t done for almost a year. But that’s a story for another day)

Anyway, that’s a long post about my life right now. That is literally the most exciting thing that has happened to me all day… Need to get out more

Yeah won’t be doing that again any time soon. likkle bit awkward. She didnt say no, just that she was busy this week. That basically means no though right? We shall see i guess.
